Mr. Sami Hamdan, is the Branch Manager of PHG’s office in the North of Palestine since 1989. He holds an MSc in Engineering Geology, and has an MSc in Groundwater Engineering.He has more than 25 years of water related experience, and has participated and provided several training sessions, in Project Management Skills for Professionals (PMP), conflict Management, Strategic Management, Earthquake Engineering. Additionally, Mr. Dawoud has been an active Member in multiple associations such as: The Palestinian Engineering Association, Association of Palestinian Geologists, PHG’s General Assembly, and the General Assembly and Monitoring Committee of PARC.
