Organizational Structure
The Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) operates under a clear governance and management structure that ensures transparency, accountability, and effective program delivery across Palestine. The organization is overseen by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors, supported by independent external audits. The Director-General and Executive Director lead the daily operations, supported by dedicated units for fundraising and public relations. PHG’s operational structure includes specialized units for Monitoring & Evaluation, Quality Management, Project Management, Financial Affairs, and Administrative Affairs, with active field offices in Ramallah, Nablus, and Gaza to ensure close coordination with communities. This structure enables PHG to efficiently implement water, sanitation, environmental, and climate resilience programs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with donor requirements.
