General Assembly

PHG is founded on the principle that citizens have the right to associate, with its highest decision-making authority vested in a group of professionals representing the local community, referred to as the General Assembly or Board of Trustees. Currently, PHG benefits from the services of 32 professionals (35% of whom are women) who constitute its General Assembly. Their expertise spans various fields, including engineering, history, psychology, economics, and the sciences. This body provides the PHG administration with policy direction and strategic guidance and is responsible for discussing and approving the annual administrative and financial reports, as well as the annual budget.
