The WaSH MP database includes information that was collected since the inception of the Program in June 2002 until today.
The data was collected during the following fases:
1. First WaSH Survey covers 643 communities during the period from July 2002 to July 2003( link to related questionnaire)
2. Second WaSH Survey covers 186 communities affected directly by checkpoints during the period from August 2003 to December 2003 ( link to related questionnaire)
3. Third WaSH Survey covers 647 communities during the period from May 2004 to May 2005. ( link to related questionnaire)
4. Fourth WaSH Survey covers 687 communities during the period from February 2006 to January 2007. ( link to related questionnaire)
5. Fifth WaSH Survey covers 60 communities on monthly basis during the period February 2007 to December 2007 in addition to the comprehensive survey conducted at the beginning of the phase for the same communities. ( link to related two questionnaires)
